RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM
Students in kindergarten through eighth grade, should be attending the religious education program. Classes will begin in August. To fulfill the promises made at Baptism, parents must have their children attending religious education classes regularly. Volunteer teachers and aides are needed.
Registration for classes will be held in July and August.
Catholic students attending St. Peter Claver school are also required to attend religious education classes.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS FOR FAITH FORMATION PROGRAM
- All English speaking parents are required to attend class on the third Sunday of each month in the school library unless otherwise instructed by Father Bill.
- Spanish speaking parents will meet week in the school library and St. Katharine Drexel Center.
- All students/parents are required to attend class. Class attendance should not fall below 80% for students.
- Protecting God’s children will be covered twice during the year. If you want your child excluded, please sign the OPT Out form. You may get this form from the coordinators.
- If you attend mass here or at another location, please have a priest, catechist or deacon sign a bulletin.
- Students must use their birth name for Sacramental purposes. (Names shown on their birth certificates.)
- All Confirmation students are required to attend retreat (to be scheduled later)
- All Confirmation students are required to submit 10 volunteer service hours. See the coordinators for volunteer forms.
